The Centre for Black Culture and International Understandings based in the capital city of Osun State, Osogbo, has hosted some of the remarkable activities this year, including the presentation of a world’s tallest drum, among others.
The event was attended by Nigeria’s only Nobel Literature laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka, Governor of Osun State Rauf Aregbesola among others.
It has not been clear whether the centre would address the Guinness Book of Records for this feat.
