PDP Reveals APC's Evil Plot

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have stated that the true purposes of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been uncovered.
The ruling party advised the APC to purge themselves of what they described as "evil machinations" against the unity of Nigeria.
The PDP's position is contained in a statement signed on Tuesday by the party's National Publicity Secretary, Chief Olisa Metuh.
The PDP stated that its political opponents were promoting violencedivisions, and blood-letting across Nigeria to make the people lose faith in the Nigerian project.
"Now that an Islamic cleric, Ambassador Yusuf Garba and the Religious Equity Promotion Council, REPC, have exposed the evil plot by the APC to balkanize our nation along religious lines by imposing an Islamic agenda just like the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, the PDP wishes to make it manifest to all Nigerians to stand up and resist this evil machination by enemies of our dear country," reads the statement.
The ruling party said this revelation proved their earlier belief that the APC is "a party of blood thirsty, religious and ethnic bigots averse to the unity of the country and the peaceful co-existence of our people."
According to the statement, now all Nigerian got to know why they APC was staging protests and "investing in planting seeds of discord and disagreements among the people using their stock-in-trade of propaganda, deceit, falsehood and doomsday prophesies."
The PDP added that it also became clear why the opposition party was "arming thugs to disrupt the Anambra State governorship election."
Besides, the PDP believes that the "disrupt" of Anambra poll was a "rehearsal" before the 2015 general elections.
"But for the police which arrested some of the thugs, the APC would have unleashed mayhem on the state and used it as a test for its larger plan in the 2015 general elections," PDP stated.
The members of the ruling party further thanked "the Nigerians, especially true Muslims" for "exposing and rejecting the APC and its devilish plot."
The PDP also advised the 'disarmed' APC "purge themselves of their evil machinations."
Describing their party as the one built on the principles of freedom, equality, and justice, the PDP urged all Nigerians to defend the unity the country and resist APC's attempts to "destroy our common heritage as a people."
