AFCON 2013 and Super Eagles star, Azubuike Egwuekwe has sensationally told brilafm.net that he may not be a part of the CHAN team given the offers he has abroad with the winter transfer window set to open with less than a week to go.
Egwuekwe who is currently training with the Super Eagles for the forthcoming Championship for African nations in January says that he hopes to move abroad in the winter transfer.
“I have a lot of offers from Europe but I am just keeping it hidden but maybe January by the special grace of God” The 24 year old Warri Wolves defender who started his professional career with Nasarawa United in 2006 further revealed that the his imminent move may still come after the CHAN tournament in South Africa.
“You never can tell, anything can still happen, it may be before or after the CHAN in South Africa” he said
