NNPC Audit Manager Milks NNPC of N33.2m to Lavish On Daughter’s Wedding Ceremony

The Group General Manager of the internal audit department of Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Alhaji Isa Inuwa milked the corporation of N33.2 Million on 21st December 2013 when he hosted a lavish one-week-long wedding party for his daughter in Kano State, a reliable source toldElombah.

Inuwa was the immediate past GM, Finance NAPIMSof NNPC and he allegedly bought a set of travel boxes to entice his staff into coming to Kano for the wedding. He also reportedly promised all those who attended from his office their travel allowances once the wedding was over.

When asked how the fund was gotten to finance the daughter’s wedding, it was gathered that he plans to raise a voucher a retire a receipt for the amount spent which will be paid to him.
